Payment Process

At checkout, you will be directed to Paypal’s site to make your payment where you need not have, nor need to create a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. Why do you leave our site to tender payment? Simply, it is the best option for the security of your data. As a very small company, we don’t have the resources to combat hackers that can attack our servers and steal information such as your credit card number. Our payment clearance partners, however, have sophisticated encryption defenses and customer protection insurances in place that we can’t provide nearly as robustly. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but it is not something we expect to change at any time soon.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a prompt, full refund, or exchange.

Please include the packing slip that came with your item or a note with your name, address, and the reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we’ll send you a replacement or a full merchandise refund.

Damaged Item

If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part or you received something damaged, we will cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise.

Shipping

Shipping is handled worldwide by the USPS and UPS. Rates and shipping estimates are calculated by the shipping carriers and shown at checkout. You may need to input your area code before you are given an accurate calculation. We make no promise or guarantee for our carriers’ shipping times. Please note it may take up to 3 – 7 days for your order to process and ship.

Privacy and Security

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. While we collect some minimal amounts of personally identifiable information in the form of browser cookies, e-mail, and shipping addresses, we will never sell or pass on any such information to anyone. Your name and address are always transmitted to our payment clearance partners by way of a secure HTTPS protocol. Your credit card information will only be registered with our payment clearance partners (i.e., Paypal).
